Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

• To deliver O bjective and K ey R esult s for SEA and I ndonesia Injection spend via cost avoidance and savings initiatives.

• To lead in resolvi ng customer, supplier, or operational issues for Injection portfolio for Indonesia and Thailand for all businesses.

• To manage the appropriate supplier base that would meet the needs of the business.

• To build and manage relationships with suppliers & internal customers/stakeholders .

• To drive injection portfolio projects for Thailand and Indonesia cross all businesses : e.g. Mould management Digitalizatio n and other projects.

• To ensure resilience of Injection portfolio sourcing from a long terms and strategic perspective: e.g. Deodorant packaging sourcing and moul d management strategy.

• Lead mould management and drive CAPEX decisions with senior stakeholders .

• Complete forecast cycles and ensure clarity to stakeholder s.

• Ma nage Injection procurement team in Indonesia by coaching, guiding them towards achieving targets as well taking care of their well-being .

• Collaborate with global Rigids team in driving the portfolio strategy implant ation in SEAI.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Working experience with a sizeable FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company, particularly in Direct Procurement or packaging procurement, is preferable.

• Core experiences in Strategic sourcing and negotiation (min. 5 years).

• Having People management experience .

• Experience in handling a cross-country supplier management.

• Managing senior stakeholders and have in driving decision-making.

• Cross-cultural team working and leading experiences preferable.

Skill

• Data acumen and data analysis.

• Negotiation skill and strategic sourcing.

• Communication and change management.

• Project Management .
