Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an Engineering/Construction company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience in Accountant and Finance in a multinational company for the job of Project Accountant. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia.

Responsibility:

The role entails overseeing project accounting practices, ensuring adherence to financial management plans and project governance.

Responsibilities include managing project finances, invoicing, and reporting, as well as supporting project leaders in securing fair variations.

Additionally, the role involves analyzing project performance data, maintaining forecasting, and fostering relationships with clients and partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, possesses 3 years of relevant experience, and exhibits proficiency in project accounting, financial management, and cost control.

They must demonstrate integrity, discretion, and adherence to regulations and company policies, along with strong communication and administrative skills.

The position involves advocating and implementing best practices in project accounting, encompassing financial management, governance, and reporting. Responsibilities include optimizing working capital, ensuring compliance with invoicing cycles, and supporting project leaders with documentation for variations.

Collaboration with corporate partners and analysis of project performance data are key aspects.

They must uphold integrity, comply with regulations and policies, and possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, while being capable of independent work and teamwork.

Qualifications:
