Aufgaben
As Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, guiding them within the office, and providing refreshments during their wait. Additionally, managing appointment calendars, organize mail, handle photocopying tasks, and offer support to the divisions during meetings and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct all phone calls
Greet all office guests
Manage, clean and organize the front desk and area Lobby
Ensure delivery of documents to clients by courier
Assisting training and meetings in the meeting room area for all division
Ensure all meeting rooms are clean and turn off the AC when used.
Arrange meeting room & training room
Arrange Car office schedule
Qualifikationen
ey Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Fresh graduate are welcome
Good written and spoken both in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and good communication skills
Good telephone communication etiquette
Organized and resourceful
Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Willing to learn
Customer focused
Active listener
