Job Description:
- Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Educating potential clients and or existing clients on the value of jojonomic products
- Analyze clients’ inquiries and propose solutions based on their needs.
- Revisiting existing clients, developing and maintaining long-lasting good and trusted relationships (active engagement) with the clients
- Liaising with clients in order to identify and understanding client’s satisfaction and needs, which may open up new opportunities for cooperation
- Build a good working relationship with the client, ensure an understanding of the client’s needs and objectives and approach decisions as a partnership with the customer.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Management, Marketing, Public relations, or another related major
- Have experience in IT Company
- Have a good communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and target oriented
- Able to work underpressure
- Having capability for building networking/relationship
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Able to provide solution skills for future customer
