Reservation and Operation Manager

As a Reservation & Operation Manager, you will be responsible to control over day-to-day operations, responsible for the smooth, effective, and efficient running of the Reservation & Operation team including:
Managing all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination, and customer support.
Monitor and oversee Reservation & Operation teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor communication between Reservation & Operation team and clients in good and prompt.
Responsible for the operational processes in all branches: Bali, Yogyakarta, Sumatera, Flores, Kuala Lumpur, Miri including expenses authorization and management.
Assist in inspecting properties and/or services of existing and new suppliers.
Managing supplier relations in a professional and beneficial manner to the company.
