- A minimum of 4+ years proven managerial experience in hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
- Culinary, tourism, hospitality or food service management degree is an asset.
- Excellent organisational, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills, highly adaptable, team player with excellent leadership qualities and great delegation skills.
- Has genuine interest in F&B, self-motivated, able to forecast food and beverages needs, eye for details and resourceful.
- Up-to-date with restaurant trends.
- Responsible for assisting General Manager with the overall operation of the restaurant.
- Possess an outstanding knowledge of all food, wines, cooking techniques and allergy requirements to ensure guests can be advised appropriately at all times.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software (POS & Reservation systems, food delivery apps, marketplace, etc).
- Excellent e-mail & phone etiquette.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Charismatic personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Courteous, confident, well-groomed with a pleasant disposition.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
