What Will You Do : Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients. Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Shipper’s customer base and ensures its strong presence Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Managing objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance. Assisting with the selling of our store's products and services and assisting to maximize sales. Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems. Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. What Are The Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics/ E-commerce/ Retail sales with 2 years experience managing a team Have a relevant experience in Sales Process, acquisition, and management Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Powered by JazzHR
