Retail Store Manager

Requirement:
Bachelor Degree at any major
Have experience 2-3 years as Store Manager @ retail company
Speaking Indonesian/ English
Can apply skills; Selling, persuading, leading, handling comlain.
Willing to be placed in Bandung or Palembang and in other areas according to company needs
Will be work at Dreamaxtion's client in Jewellery Company Job Description:
Determine sales goals & targets for the Jewellery Coordinator & Jewellery Executive.
Manage and monitor all store operational activities.
Ensure solutions regarding customer complaints to the jewellery coordinator and jewellery executive.
Supervise and ensure product availability and store environmental conditions.
Evaluate store sales reports to ensure they are accurate.
Check and ensure that store employee administration data and financial transactions recorded by the Account Executive are accurate.
Supervise, control and evaluate sales activities and actively carry out the process of improving sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Reporting the development of store performance and sales.
Provide product development recommendations.
Provide recommendations for marketing programs and product promotions.
Manage and direct Security and Office Boy/Office Girl to maintain the cleanliness, security and comfort of the store and be responsive to meeting customer needs.
Periodic assignments:
Monitor input and updating of data and customer preferences carried out by the team to ensure accurate data (zero mistakes).
Arrange work schedules for Jewellery Coordinators and Jewellery Executives (weekly).
Provide recommendations for improving standard operating procedures (SOP) in the store to improve service (occasionally).
Reporting store performance developments to the Chief Sales Officer and providing recommendations for performance improvements if necessary (monthly).
Carry out coaching, development and evaluation of HR in the Finance department (occasionally).
