Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Sales Admin & Tax Officer

Nova Buildings Private Limited is a manufacturer of structural steel and a regional solutions provider for the design, engineering and supply of pre-engineered steel buildings and pre-fabricated building designs. It is headquartered in Singapore, with local business entities incorporated in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and Process Purchase Order, delivery order; follow up delivery, schedule delivery and invoicing
  • Monitor and tracking shipment and delivery details by following up closely with internal Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of shipment & importation and exportation procedure
  • Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as customs, importation report, billing, and other related documents
  • Remain updated in tax regulations to ensure tax compliance
  • Responsible for logistic (import and export process) and coordinate with freight forwarder
  • Work closely with Proposal Engineer in preparing the variation order, budgetary costing, cash flow control and verification of material requisition
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in the SAP system and reports
  • Coordinate with Finance on submission of invoice to customers
  • Liaised with customers on account payable
  • Managing company collections and chasing for payments
  • Support in forecasting of Accounts Payable and Receivable for projects deliveries
  • Support Sales Department with other administrative tasks, if required
  • Support Finance in coordination with local Tax Consultant

Ideal Profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales administrator, tax administrator and supply chain experience; preferably in steel buildings, construction or shipping industry 
  • Understand the business flow of trading (Purchasing, Exporting, Delivering, Invoicing)
  • Knowledge in local tax compliance preferred
  • Independent and organized, with positive work attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • SAP B1 knowledge is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good English communication and written skills
  • Customer oriented; manage service quality and customer satisfaction
