Sales Canvasser Surabaya

- Conduct canvassing activities to identify and contact potential customers within the designated company's area.
- Visit new prospective customers according to schedule and target within the company's industry sector.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure continuous transactions.
- Ensure completeness of customer-related information (products, payments, deliveries, etc.) and communicate effectively to prevent customer complaints.
- Introduce products to customers and clearly explain their benefits.
- Create a sales database and periodically prepare sales reports for management.
- Coordinate and maintain working relationships with team members and other divisions.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies, particularly in retail and wholesale sales, canvassing, or taking orders for similar products, is a plus.
- Communicative with a professional appearance.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate high initiative.
- Good time management skills.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds an active driver's license.
- Experienced in fieldwork with predetermined company targets.
