Sales Executive (Business Development)

Work Setting: Hybrid with office location in Alam Sutera, Tangerang Requirements:
At least 1 year sales experiences in digital agency / have wide range of potential clients connections.
Customer-oriented, good negotiation skill, good presentation skills, responsible, result-driven and ability to build up new accounts.
Mature, independent, a good teamwork player and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in PC operation, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Calendar, Document), and meeting applications.
Job Description:
Promote our agency and services, respond to queries and offering advice to the prospective and existing agency clients.
Managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities and expand client base to grow and exceed sales targets.
Identify potential new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Meeting sales goals and targets set by the Company.
Create and implement a sales strategy for agency business.
Consolidating and preparing sales reports.
Ensure business transactions are in accordance with the Company policies.
