Sales Manager

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Sales Manager, reporting to Global Customer Support - Aftermarket Sales. In this role, you will lead our dynamic sales team, known for their high-achieving track record, delivering essential aftermarket solutions for our business.



Responsibilities
• Cultivate and nurture customer relationships.
• Develop sales and customer strategies for products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
• Drive operational sales efforts in designated areas and with specific customers.
• Prepare quotations and lead contract negotiations.
• Coordinate customer activities with internal sales resources.



Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proven sales and marketing leader experience within the maritime industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer negotiation, sales, and commercial processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
