Sales Manager (Flavor & Fragrance)

• Manage sales and business development for both the dealer market and direct food manufacturing clients.
  
• Foster strong relationships with all customers in the market area to ensure their satisfaction.
  
• Identify potential customers and devise strategies to capitalize on business opportunities.
  
• Drive customer demand by understanding their technological and commercial flavor preferences, then relay this information to the technical department for solutions.
  
• Conduct research on regional market trends and insights.
  
• Gain an understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations.
  
• Maintain comprehensive records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
  
• Exemplify the company's values, ethics, and pride through exemplary behavior.
  
• Stay informed about clients' business initiatives and future plans, analyzing their potential impact on business operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of sales experience in B2B, specializing in products such as flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, or cosmetic ingredients, targeted towards manufacturing companies operating in the food, beverage, cosmetics, homecare, or personal care industries.
  
• Proven experience in acquiring new customers.
  
• Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, or Marketing.
  
• Proficient in English.
  
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
