Understand and implement the company’s vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
As a management team, you have a responsibility for company revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
Liaise with the Management Team to define the negotiation strategy and new business stream development.
Advice on all aspects of the digital campaigns and their deployment to achieve the client's business objectives.
Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business.
Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships on a daily basis.
Provide the utmost level of client service.
Participate in pitches.
Part of the Company Management Team in order to provide a strategy for the internal plan.
People management:
- Lead and manage a Business team;
- Ensure team members are aligned and adopt company vision, mission, values, cultures, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results);
- Set KPI, monitor the targets and productivity of the team;
- In charge of biannual evaluation feedback and performance appraisal;
- Responsibility for people development (career development/growth of team members);
- Organizing workflow and ensuring the Business Development team understand their duties or delegated tasks;
- Recruit and manage Business Development team members.

25,000,000 IDR ~ 30,000,000 IDR

Requirement
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and related majors
  • Language: English Business Level
  • Experience: Min 3 years of working experience as Sales / Marketing in Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, and Publishers.
  • Rich experience in influencer marketing, especially micro-influencer marketing.
  • Excellent digital product knowledge; Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong database and connect with potential clients for digital services.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
  • Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level.
  • Effective team management capabilities and strong leadership skills.
  • Good interpersonal abilities, an outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
  • Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Have a strong passion for startups.
