Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and drive sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle numerous teams effectively.
• Experience in media and agency companies or related fields, with a deep understanding of the industry.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth, meet or exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
