Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Sales Manager - Medan


  • Minimum 5 years experiences in logistic business related field as sales / account manager / business development.

  • Fully knowledge of 3PL business esp. Warehousing (rental, handling, and contract logistics), package & bulk, transportation and freight forwarding EXIM (export import). Strong market and costing analysis with extended handling of large size customers. Strong networking with established national and multinational customers.

  • Have good communication skills both orally and in writing, including the ability to make reports and business correspondence.

  • Have the ability to negotiate and present well.


  • Maintain good relationship with new customers and retention of old customers.

  • Actively selling, promoting, and maintaining the company's image and services sold.

  • Create sales plans and strategies.

  • Conducting prospecting activities to potential customers or buyers.
