Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the property buying or selling process.
  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing the features and benefits of available properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the agency.
  • Collaborating with property agents and other team members to provide seamless and exceptional service to clients.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and property exhibitions to expand your network and promote the agency's services.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and property information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
