Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Sales Support


  • Answering customer inquiries and inputting the right information into the system, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status

  • Compiling any sales information, sales reports projects management in the system and providing sales data

  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system

  • Managing sample shipments to customers and inter companies

  • Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other problems

  • Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams

  • Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors

  • Other sales support-related tasks assigned by superiors.

  • Welcoming guest, phone call,s and transfer to the team


  • bachelors or diploma in marketing, business, or related field

  • Minimum 3 year experience can be advantageous

  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • English proficiency is a plus

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

  • Excellent team work, motivational, good interpersonal skills, good communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous

  • Ability to multitask

  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and good typing skills
