Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles. A Talent Acquisition at Human Capital (HC) Department is expected to work together and assist HC Manager for recruitment project, including:

• Screening & sourcing incoming CV from various recruitment channel
• Lead and conduct written test test based on company’s recruitment guideline
• Conduct preliminary interview for candidates
• Liaise with Human Capital Administration or intern in scheduling test or interview
• Reporting: Weekly analysis on recruitment progress and pipeline
• Provide analysis and candidates profile to user.
• Conduct reference check and other administration duties related

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related
• Has min. 3 -5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition area
• Has solid experience in Human Resource area:
  • Experience in dealing with user
  • Experience in talent area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Client service oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in team
• Excellent English, both speaking and writing
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
