Job Title: Enterprise Sales

Hiring Manager : General Manager Indonesia 

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia


The Role

The Enterprise Sales team is a highly consultative selling role working with the Enterprise Customers to map and create values for Them. 

As an Enterprise Sales, the candidates will be responsible for the Sales target (Revenue). During her/his duties: build the connection to the key decision makers in the Customer organization, create or identify sales opportunities, build and manage healthy pipelines, convert opportunities and close the deals. She/He will be the main contact for Brankas team members for the end-to-end sales cycle in the assigned territory/accounts.

What do you get to do?

  • Develops a consultative relationship with customers key decision leaders
  • Identifies and creates opportunities in the large enterprises customers; discover customer’s needs and or problems and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to find the solutions
  • Manages End-to-End Sales Cycles from validation, qualification, negotiation, closing the agreements
  • Manage Healthy Sales Pipeline and to achieve Sales Target; Committed and disciplined to pursue opportunities closure to meet the Sales target within specific timeline (monthly and quarterly basis)
  • Actively follow-up progression of opportunities in each sales stage (the conversion)
  • Regularly hunts/creating Sales opportunities to ensure healthy sales pipeline
  • Work as part of the team to develop strategies for grow and Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with Brankas

Experience

  • has 8+ years experience in client-facing roles, in software, digital tech, or fintech industries
  • Knowledgeable with Embedded Finance, Banking as Services and Open Banking values proposition
  • Successful track record in Enterprise sales, especially covering customer in Financial services, Retail e-Commerce, or other Digital industries

Relevant Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both n Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Intelligence and ease in working with numbers
  • Adeptness in Opportunity and Project management
