Job Description

- Identify and seek out potential investors who are interested in industrial real estate.- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract investors.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, understanding their needs and investment criteria.- Conduct presentations and pitches to showcase investment opportunities in industrial properties.- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present investment data and projections.- Provide guidance and support in negotiation processes with investors.- Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities in industrial real estate.- Analyze investment performance and provide insights to optimize future investment strategies.- Contribute to the development of long-term investor acquisition and retention strategies.- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

・Minimum 10 Years experience as Manager or Managerial-level positions・Experienced in Industrial Real Estate for at least 15 years・Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin and English is a MUST and other foreign language.・Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication & good interpersonal skill.・Have wide networking, especially in China market industries / companies
