* Deliver expert consultation for government-related projects, including the development of case proposals and efficient process management
* Actively engage with relevant client counterparts, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
* Regularly report project progress to leadership teams, offering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.
* Support the delivery of selected project modules, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with project goals.

What You'll Bring
Requirements:

* Relevant work experience of min 3 years post-graduation
* Experience in government/state-owned enterprise related cases/projects
* Potentially have track record with long term transformation cases
* Strong relationship management, connect with clients
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both verbal and written
* Demonstrates enthusiasm and strong drive to learn and self-development
