Senior Teaching Manager (Director of Studies) - EF Pondok Indah

The Senior Teaching Manager works alongside Sales and Service teams to ensure the academic quality and integrity of the EF language program and the development of the center as a unit. This is accomplished through the careful management and development of the academic team and adherence to operational performance indicators such as production efficiency, staff and student retention, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
The STM is required to fully understand the needs of the different staff members working for EF and have a strong awareness of the customer requirements. The STM needs to be an effective communicator skilled at influencing the team in the best interest of EF;
Liaise with the CD to assist in the effective scheduling of classes, extra-curricular activities and events following EF Guidelines;
Helping to develop others through delegating responsibility & coaching. Fostering teamwork to demonstrate interest, skill, & success in getting groups to work together;
Being results-orientated by setting challenging and achievable goals and focusing efforts to meet or exceed these goals;
Assist EF Product Development in the testing and implementation of new EF products (coordinate with CD);
Proactively monitor the effectiveness of the EF products and provide appropriate feedback through established channels. Successful applicants will have:
Minimum University Degree. Graduation from the Teaching or English Department is a plus
Has TEFL Certificate and experience in Communicative English Teaching
Strong English proficiency
Minimum 6 years of classroom teaching experience (online or offline)
Experience in teacher training
Experience with Young Learners
