What you’ll do?

• Perform repairs on Apple, HP, Samsung, Lenovo and Microsoft devices following all required guidelines.
• Uphold a high standard of administration across Compnow platforms, recording and updating relevant information.
• Be self-motivated and maintain individual repair queues within expected repair turnaround times.
• Competently manage workflow, keeping organised and efficient to ensure repair quality.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenging technical problems and build connection.

What you’ll bring?

• 2 + years' experience in a Service Centre Technician or similar role completing break and fix repairs. 
• Relevant certifications in HP, Apple, Lenovo, Microsoft and/or Samsung, are highly desirable.
• Understand the bigger picture and plan ahead to manage your time.
• Love process and can meet strict guidelines and timeframes, related to process.
• Love to work and have fun individually and with your teammates.
• Great at communicating with a variety of stakeholders, especially through written communication.

What else do you need to apply?

• We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered.
• Travel on-site to Notting Hill and occasionally to client sites when required.
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
