Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Service Sales Engineer

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Make sure service sales annual target is achieved.
  • Visit customer on regular basis to maintain relationship.
  • Identify, specify, and meet customer needs and demands.
  • Prepare solution service proposal to meet customer’s requirement (Upgrade, Modification, SLA)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and good response in timely manner.

    • Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
  • Min 5 years’ experience as Sales for Liquid and Powder especially in dairy, food, beverage. 
  • Min 3 years’ experience in preparing project proposals.
  • Strong knowledge on processing equipment
  • Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales target.
  • Able to read and prepare design basis P&ID
  • People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers, good interpersonal skills.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial knowledge will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
