Site Quality Control (Piping) - Project Contract Base

Job Descriptions:
Create and maintain the standard of material specifications and quality
Performs material and weld quality inspection to verify that incoming materials meet the specifications
Prepare test package documents (ITP, test reports etc.)
Document and maintain all inspection records as per contract/specifications
Perform inspection at vendors facilities and work-sites, on fabricated pipes, steel structure, blasting, painting works, galvanizing or other installation works, including verification of tests at their premises
To implement and monitor proper storage, handling and usage of welding equipment and welding filter rods.
Investigate and analyze non-conformities and observations, figuring out solutions and to follow-up on corrective action of non-conforming materials
Coordinating and supervising the inspection list, material delivery, and corrective actions of piping and other material and mechanical items
Reports and documentation related Quality Control of Piping and mechanical design and processes Requirements:
Age 25 - 35 years old
Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
Have minimum 5 years of experiences as Quality Control / Piping Engineer
Basic knowledge on civil and building work, mechanical and electrical
Knowledge of working drawings and volume calculations
Good understanding of construction methods, types of materials and welding process
Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors
Having experiences in Engineering or Construction site/Construction Business
Having experiences in process equipment or piping industries will be an advantage
Having experiences involved in WWTP projects is an advantage
Certified Welding Inspector is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams) and AutoCAD
Proficient with CAD Software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar
Excellent Communication Skill
Business level of English language (Writing, Communication) and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Fluent in Japanese is an advantage.
Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
Strong personality, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
High level of confidentiality and ethics required
Willing to be placed in project site office in Pluit, North Jakarta
