Deskripsi

• Develop, implement and manage Dekoruma social media strategy
• Grow engagements and followers of all of Dekoruma social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content for better engagement and growth
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Knows social media trend and what’s going on and adapt to strategize the content of riding the wave
• Able to create creative & unique themes for social media channels
• Ability to deliver creative content, being hands-on in content management and creation
• Able to write creative briefs and work well with creative team (copywriters & graphic designer) to ensure content is informative and appealing

Kualifikasi

• Strong brand ownership and passionate in social media
• Creative and open minded personality is a must
• Good taste in terms of content planning & execution for product & brand related
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Indonesia (especially for creative copywriting)
• Proficient in content creation, editing, and scheduling tools for social media
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple social media channels
• Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing social media content
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong can-do attitude.
• Experience in managing a small social media team but also could manage stakeholders from various divisions & collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Product Development teams
• Experience in launching new products to get good tractions of engagements
