SOCIAL MEDIA Manager Key Responsibilities: Excellent time management and organizational skills Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with Marketing Campaigns & Events Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize JINISO’s social posts and digital marketing Instagram and Tiktok Support with all social media copywriting needs Collaborate with the production team to create, refine, and optimize social content Manage day to day community management initiatives Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify opportunity and adapt strategist Test new social content formats and creative social angles constantly Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas 🔥Requirements: 3+ years working in Social Media or similar field Background in Social Media and/or Digital Content Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy in visual on social media Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask and meet deadlines Knowledge of brand industry
Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously Ability to work some nights and weekends
