Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join us as an Inventory Auditor to ensure accurate and efficient management of Jago Coffee’s inventory. This role involves conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing best practices to optimize inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of depot inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of inventory records and physical counts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between recorded inventory and physical counts.
• Document audit findings and report any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate inventory-related activities and to address and resolve inventory issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory control.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management and audit methodologies.
• Having experience using inventory management systems, especially ESB is preferred.
• Having an advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
• Having experience in the retail industry or Food and Beverage is preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate auditing and reporting
