Planning and Ensure that all operational matters related to Exports and Import shipments are being handled efficiently and good
Responsibilities :
- Handle and checking all documents for the export/ import process
- Handle shipment status, taking care of the licensing documents
- Build a good relation and communication with Shipping agent, etc.
- Monitoring shipment progress and update report
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations regarding the shipment progress
Requirement
- At Least 3 years of working experience as Exim Staff
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Good coordination dan communication inside & outside department
- Confidence, Technical skills, smart
- Organization and efficiency, Problem-solving skills
- Can use the SAP program as an added value
