Staff Accounting

Responsibilities:
Provide support in daily operations of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Department.
Perform timely and accurate recording of payment received into ERP.
Follow up payment of outstanding invoices with customers on timely manner.
Assist in month end closing activities and reporting.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance related discipline.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
Proficient with ERP system.
Understands compliance issues around Account Payable & Account Receiveable processes.
Computer literate including proficiency with Ms. Office, especially formulas related to Ms. Excel.
Strong understanding of Financial Reports & Sales Reports.
Must be organized, attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, fast learner & able to work together in a team.
Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang.
