- Perform financial administration, including managing major and petty cash operations and financial reporting
- Manage data filing, assets, and property-related information
- Act as a liaison between developers, property buyers, banks, and notaries regarding the property transaction process
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of legal documents related to property
- Coordinate with office vendors/partners
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in the office system
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum education D3 / S1 in any field
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the property development field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, problem solver, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Possesses good communication skills
