System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze the client's existing system and business model.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Generate comprehensive requirement documentation based on the client's existing system and needs.
Identify business needs and provide solution options.
Propose solutions aligned with client's needs and requirements.
Monitor and manage projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work closely with the technical team for well-managed and high-performing deliverables.
Generate project feasibility analysis, scope analysis, time, and cost estimation plans, along with technical documentation.
Conduct thorough system testing.
Support clients on change control, system updates, and data migration.
Support clients during training sessions.
Act as the bridge between clients and the technical team.
Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Development Lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Information System or Computer Science.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Result-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to contribute effectively to a team effort.
