Key Responsibilities
Acquiring Talents: Manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on Creative, Media, Digital Marketing, and Tech talents from entry to mid-level positions.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for core roles using various recruitment sources and techniques.
Candidate Screening: Review candidate profiles, conduct thorough prescreens, and ensure alignment with technical and cultural fit criteria.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring teams to guide candidates through the recruitment process and refine search strategies.
ATS Management: Maintain compliance and manage recruitment activities through the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data to optimize recruitment strategies and track metrics for better outcomes, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Employer Branding: Promote the agency's brand to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects at both country and regional levels.
A bit about you
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience in hiring Tech/SaaS roles would be preferred.
Familiarity with sourcing methods and recruitment metrics.
Proactive mindset with the ability to think beyond traditional recruitment methods.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
