Have experience in hiring junior - manager level talent (min 2years of experiencing in general recruiting or 1years in tech talent recruitment)
Knowing end-to-end recruitment cycle (from sourcing to contract offering)
Have the experience in various sourcing method including headhunting
Used to several assesment tools including psychological test, general knowledge test, BEI
For this role, your responsibility will be:
Fullfiling the manpower needs for internal & external (clients)
Becoming the PIC and own recruitment process alongside the user
Always strive to create effective yet engaging hiring process for the applicant and also users
Actively create/ looking for talent pool for future hiring
Working with manager to mapping manpower need
Working with manager to create job spec & job desc for the upcoming roles
Researching & benchmarking the market competitiveness of the position that are open and make sure we have good level of competitiveness in market
