Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and fulfill company Manpower Planning.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Develop employer branding initiatives, create engaging content, and represent the company at career fairs and events.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Min. 3 years experience in Recruitment and Employer Branding (Retail and Fashion industry are preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and psychological testing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and creative.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
