Technical Assistant (Architectural Drafter

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Generate Architectural/Interior Design and Drawings
• Provide informative 2D drawings
• Provide 3D Modeling
• Provide 3D Visualisations
• Provide Architecture/Interior presentations
• Project coordination (with other team members, clients, consultants and contractors)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Architecture (S1/D3) or Vocational High School (SMK)
• Strong design skill
• Very strong AutoCad, Sketchup & Vray/Enscape Skills (speed is essential)
• Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max skill is a plus
• Detail oriented
• Fast learner
• Eager to learn
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player (able to perform a collaborative work with team members, clients, consultants and contractors)
• Good English in verbal & written
EXPERIENCE:
• Interior/Architecture Design : 0-5years
LOCATION OF WORK:
• Greater Jakarta Area
