Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Territory Sales Manager (Jawa Barat Area)

Position Summary: As a Territory Sales Manager based in Jawa Barat, you will be a vital force behind our regional sales efforts. Your role will encompass overseeing sales operations, managing a dedicated team, and fostering relationships with clients and partners in the Serang area. By leveraging your local market expertise, you will drive sales, expand our customer base, and ensure the satisfaction of clients within this specific region. Area of Responsibility: Sales Strategy and Operation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and achieve maximum profitability. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team. Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations. Position Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven 4 years of experience as a Lead, preferably in a telco industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Exceptional understanding of the local market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends in Serang and surrounding areas. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
