• Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms and suites, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment
• Provide turndown service and amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Restock and maintain supplies and amenities in guest rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety and security protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or VIP setting
• Island working Experience is needed
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
