• Detailed design of wastewater infrastructure for PCSP CMC (Palembang – commissioning)

Assisting with proposals preparation (technical approach, project team, relevant experience, schedule, fee estimate, commercial risk management, invoicing, local economic development requirements)

Candidate Specification :

About You: 

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Water Resources Engineering required. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineers License (SKA, chartership) preferred or ability to be licensed within 6-12 months required.
• 8 or more years of experience working as Environmental Engineer in the water and/or wastewater field.
• Experience relating to water and wastewater treatment, sanitation is necessary, but working knowledge of all is not required.
• Experience in preparing process treatment / civil design drawings, specifications and opinions of cost related to water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations etc. is preferred.
• Experience in Donor Projects (especially ADB and KIAT) is a plus.
• Experience working with national, regional and local agencies is a plus.
• Strong project management and coordination skills and experience is essential for this position.
• Construction management and commissioning experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.
• Must be detail orientated, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Flexible working style and willingness to occasionally modify personal schedules as required to meet deadlines and/or client needs.
• Hydraulic modelling and/or Civl3D modelling is a plus.
