👑 Job Role

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitor network performance and identify potential problems
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for staff and point-of-sale systems
• Assist with network security measures and ensure data integrity
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks (backups, software updates)
• Document network configurations and procedures
• Provide technical support to store staff regarding network-related issues
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to retail

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a network support role
• Network training or certification preferred
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting methodologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
