👑 Job Role

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all daily transactions.
• Prepare balance sheets.
• Process invoices.Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.
• Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with financial audits.
• Keep track of bank deposits and payments.
• Assist in the budgeting process.
• Conduct a review and implementation of financial policies.

⛩️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics is preferred.
• Possess knowledge of matters related to finance, accounting, and financial regulations.
• Experienced in using financial software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Have sharp time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Have strong ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ready to join as soon as possible.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang (hybrid).
