Responsibilities:

• Spearhead B2B sales in Asia, America and Europe 
• To develop and lead a long-term sales and distribution strategy
• Prepare sales action plans, strategies & activities
• Lead initiatives that will help identify business expansion and distribution opportunities within existing and new channels
• Proficient in English and can communicate and present idea to our multinational team
• Working experience in SaaS company or startup
• Proven experience in sales of minimum 3+ years in Retail, Finance or FMCG.
• Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data via various dashboards.
• Finding and developing new markets in Asia, America and Europe and increasing sales through different channels
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Requirements:

• Able to speak and write good English
• IT savvy and is in tuned with the startup and tech scene
• Minimum 3 Years experience in sales, marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective negotiation skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
