Cartology is the Woolworths Group's new stand-alone retail media business. Customer behaviour is changing. What you'll do
This role is responsible for the delivery of Cartology client and respective stakeholder campaigns across our Digital Screens (DOOH) and Radio (ISR) networks, from the point of content delivery through to campaign reporting. Scheduling of these campaigns can include the full Cartology Screens & Radio networks, including in store screens in Australia & New Zealand across multiple Woolworths banners and in-centre screens in shopping centres.

  • Be a key contact for any Digital Screens & Radio content and scheduling queries, both internally and externally, ensuring consistent high service standards are upheld.
  • Be a key contact for our creative partner, briefing in designs and content creation specific to your allocated client base across the media channels.
  • Maintain on-going accuracy of Digital Screens & Radio campaigns delivered through the CMS portals, including national, store-specific, audience-based, and proximity campaigns, from scheduling through to campaign reporting.
  • Partner with the required Sales and Operations teams to ensure on time campaign delivery according to the schedule for booked campaigns and to gain an understanding of upcoming campaigns in the pipeline
  • Liaise with our key internal partners including but not limited to Woolworths, Countdown, Metro, and Big W Marketing teams, to coordinate and deploy their campaign content across the Digital Screens & Radio networks.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 18+ months experience working in Digital Out of Home, preferably in a delivery role.
  • Experience working in sales & customer-focused working environments.
  • Solid exposure to CMS and database applications.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, applications, and media file formats.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
