Senior Performance Tester

Job Purpose: We are looking to hire a Senior Performance Tester for one of our banking customers in Indonesia

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

• Have 4-5 years of experience with performance testing tools like JMeter/NeoLoad/LoadRunner
• Collaborate with stakeholders, understand, and review the requirements, andcome up withtest strategy & plan
• Coordinate with test managers, business, project managers, and internal teams
• Have experience in hands-on script design, execution, and reporting
• Resolve technical challenges in performance strategy, tools, scripting & execution
• Analyze Performance Monitoring tools and identify bottleneck
• Construct excellent test reports for technical as well as for business people
• Review and optimize workload model
• Assign tasks and ensure completion
• Identify risks at an early stage
