Site Officer

- Site Assessment: Conduct on-site assessments to identify suitable locations for expansion, ensuring accessibility, visibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the setup of new branches, including liaising with landlords, contractors, and local authorities.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and timelines, maintaining quality standards for each branch.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of site evaluations, permits, contracts, and progress reports to support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during the expansion process, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth branch openings. JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in site management, construction project coordination, or related roles, preferably in the retail or commercial real estate industry.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of urban landscape, zoning regulations, and permit processes, with a network of local contacts advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
