Account Executive

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire New Clients, Cross-sell, and up-selling.  
• Provide solutions to client needs.  
• Conduct Presentations, Create a good proposal, and Negotiate with clients. 
• Identifying problems and solving them with the solution for the client. 
• Keeping a record of all sales and activities including sales-call prospects, sales, presentations, closing projects, follow-up, and action

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 1+ Years of working experience in the sales field is required for this position.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Experience in the acquisition of New Clients.
• Familiar with handling clients, especially in the same business such as IT Project
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales
• Have good Bahasa (Oral and written) and English (minimum passive)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
• Placement: South Jakarta (Hybrid)
