Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Account Manager (BB Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Introduce our platform to prospective employers and work with them to recruit great employees
  • Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers
  • Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues
  • Operate the system and input data accurately
  • Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
  • Take initiative to reach our prospective employers

Requirements

  • Has 1 year experience in outbound B2B selling
  • Own a laptop and handphone
  • Excellent communication skills and aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done
  • Has experience to achieve revenue-based target
  • Willing to WFO
