About the Role
To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are seeking a candidate with minimum of three years experiences in financial services, management consultancy and/or investments. We also require people with strong managerial skills and who have or can build strong relationships with Banks and Financial Services providers in Indonesia. In addition, she or he is also passionate about social impact e.g. promoting financial inclusion, gender equality and/or environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business value proposition
• Coordinating business proposals and arranging business meetings with prospective clients
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Maintain team’s productivity, achieve performance targets, and monitor work progress

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years at management consulting or BD role at large tech company in Indonesia
• Proven working experience as a business development manager / sales executive
• Experience working in a regulated financial services business
• Proven sales track record
• Market & Industry knowledge, deep understanding of SaaS business models is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models is strongly preferred
• Strong Managerial and Relationship skills
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Comfortable in a fluid environment, self-directed, flexible and creative
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
