Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead overall Traveloka Indonesia offline and O2O sales marketing strategy to best optimum scale with creative, analytical and critical approach.
Develop and responsible for the overall experiment, cost and ROI optimization, and route-to-market investment mix to achieve business objectives.
Accountable for building offline and trade marketing strategic 1-3 years roadmap, sprint, planning, execution, post mortem, and improvement project in the effort to increase channel and funnel ecosystem to produce high quality lead generation, traffic, multi product adoption rate and customer acquisition.
Orchestrate creative trade marketing and growth levers, building rapid yet cheap experiment momentum to unlearn the learnt, intercept customers needs and connect with their paint points to generate positive and incremental top of mind in offline space.
Responsibly leading the collaboration with trade partners to build a strong yet sustainable trade marketing ecosystem for investment to produce high ROI.
Collaborate with digital performance and non-performance marketing to build an impeccable O2O2O customer journey and funneling with nonlinear approach.
Measure ROI and strategic value of offline marketing projects both at product, customer and brand level to decide the right mix of marketing and resource investment in offline space.
Internal stakeholder management within sales & marketing and cross-functional team outside of marketing.
Lead high performing offline and trade marketing team, responsible and accountable for accounting and budget management excellence.
Requirements
Technical Requirement
You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting from either reputable local or overseas universities.
You have at least (minimum) 4 years of relevant working experience and at least 1 years of experience in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup.
You have a solid data analytical and problem-solving skill, strong in numbers and marketing analytics using big data and customer centric approach in devising and managing commercial projects.
You are a mature and self-driven person, embrace challenges, and has an entrepreneurial spirit
You have an excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done
If you are coming from top tier management consulting and high-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics, it would be a plus point.
Experience in working independently and hands-on marketer, able to develop and provide clear direction to short-mid term business milestones. Understanding of brand is a must, able to follow brand guidelines and ensure correct brand implementation to event materials. Most importantly, be customer centric at all times.
Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguity.
Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional traveling.
Good English and Bahasa communication and interpersonal skill.
